The Groove Race Team will be in Woodbridge, VA this weekend, racing the NBL
Freedom Nationals. Holeshots and Jager Shots are to be had. Steve will be in the driver seat at the shop all weekend so if
you need wheel work done and don't wanna wait here's your shot to have Stevebilt all to yourself. New
Loteks are due in next week. Speaking of new... Word came this week that the '10 line of Kink Completes should be rolling
in around the second week of May. We'll be getting in ALL colors and styles. Frame SALE!!!!!!!! First gen
Fit Dehart on sale for $179.99!!!!! and Sunday Ian Swartz $249.99!!!!!!! We also still have some tee's on the $9.99 rack.
Lots of NEW Seat's in this week. We just got the new Odyssey Senior 2
seats made of genuine Mexican Blanket (in Rail & Pivatol), more Stolen Thermolites and Fit Pivatol. We are also restocked
on Fit Shiv forks again.
Things have been super busy over at Slacker Head Quarters lately. They have
an all new website www.Slackerclothingco.webs.com and new beanies should be out very soon. The Slacker team is also heading west next week for some Pittsburgh concrete
park action. With the wet spring weather, trails are under construction everywhere. Rumor has it that Joey is
rebuilding the OG Dove trails and reliable sources tell me that the Natty Woods in Bunkerhill, DubV are up and running
as well as the Boogers in Winchester, VA. If I'm not mistaken the Boogers should be knockin' on a twenty year anniversary
next year. Congrats. If you have yet to hear... Winchester BMX and Hagerstown BMX have undergone all new
rebuilds this year. In unfortunate news... The tri-state area's favorite videographer Matt Hovermale is down
for the count. Apparently he has some muscle damage in his shoulder and back from a fall in Berkeley Springs earlier this
year. It seems there is no end in site for Dan Depre's foot trouble. Word is one of the plates need come out via surgery.
Finally... There will be a jam in Berkeley Springs on Sunday the 19th at Ridersville Cycle with
a ramp setup in the parking lot. I'm sure you can track more details down on myspace.
The new Stolen parts have finally landed, including Roullette Wheels, Team
Cranks, Cell Bars, Money Grips, Thermalite Pivotal Seats and Class Rings in all those wildin' out Stolen colors.
Also the new S&M frames have made their way into the shop. We still have some good Tee's left on the $9.99
rack and ALL beanies have been marked down. New parts in from Animal including Hamilton grips in the new gold and blue as
well as PC's. Also New Animal Tee's in stock.
Just to let you know... Groove Merchants will be OPEN this Sunday (Easter)
regular hours. Be sure to stop by and spend some of that Easter dinero I know your getting and don't forget to bring some

The Groove Speed Clinic will be heading to Hagerstown BMX Sunday, May 3rd
@ 3:30. Once again this year it will feature Nigel Hopkinson and the Groove Merchants race team. Cost for the clinic is $10 (all
proceeds to benefit H-Town BMX) and if you were at lastyears clinic then you already know it's one of the better
clinics out there and worth every penny. Nigel will also be in Winchester, VA this Saturday (April 11th) doing a clinic with
members of the Groove team.
S&M has decided to drop all three of their new frames at once. We should
be seeing the new frames in the shop starting within the next week or so. If you have been holding out for one of these, preorder
yours through the shop NOW to insure you get the specs you want. We have added an Event, Contests, Premiers, Races
calender page to the site. Lets face it lifes hectic and we don't want you missing out on any good events. Check it often
because we will be adding things throughout the year. Look for the Groove to be droppin' some bombs soon as far as contests,
clinics and premiers go...
