Pro-Tec Bucky Lasceck Transparent Helmets BACK IN STOCK...
The very popular Bucky Lasceck Transparent CLASSIC Pro-Tecs are
back in stock at the Groove just in time for the Winter skatepark season. We have all sizes in Trans Blue, Trans Green and
Trans White. It appears that Pro-Tec may stop making these so this will probably be the last time we are able to get
them. Better jump on one quick, I'm positive they won't last long. We still have plenty of Anthem II box sets. Beleive
me, you need this! We were lucky enough to pickup a few more pairs of S&M PERFECT 10 BARS and YES, they are
actually IN STOCK right this very second. The bad news is... all of the chrome ones are gone so it'll have to be black or
bust. Have no fear, we'll have more colors in stock very very soon. S&M along with FIT dropped some
wild new tee's this week and we have all of them coming mid next week. Also due in are Animal Multi Tools and fresh Orchids. Before your Parents hit the "BUY IT" button on the Dirty Dans mailorder sites let 'em know that Groove
has what you need for Christmas and we will be OPEN FULL TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS STARTING DECEMBER 17th (including Christmas
Eve). Check the Event Calender page on the site for hours. We also ship dailey if they don't wana take the ride. Support
the shop that supports you. What the hells Dirty Dans done for ya lately??? We still have some good deals
floating around the shop, such as $10 Cult & Premium Tee's and 2010 Haro Covert Frames for $119.99 (which includes Int.
Headset, 19mm BB & seatpost clamp). There are plenty of other good deals on parts as well. Seek and you will find.

Groove Merchants' Filmer, Matt Hovermale's Camera Check...
There is no doubt that technolgy (most notably the internet) has drastically
changed modern BMX. Websites have, in large part, replaced 'zines and video documentation is at an all-time high as a
result of cost efficient video equipment and mobile online access (example= rampant overuse of I Phone web edits). Basically
anyone from a top Pro rider to an 8 year old beginner can produce an edit and present it to the world. In todays BMX, filmers are no longer a luxury but a necessity. With pioneers like Mark Eaton, Eddie Roman, Spike
Jonze and Dave Parrick filmers and video producers have become the kind of household names that used to be only reserved
for those who did the actual riding. At long last guys are making a living soley from putting out video parts and filmers
are, or should be, generally credited for it. Matt Hovermale is Groove Merchants' Filmer and Video producer. He
is responsible for all the Groove Edits you see and plays a critical role in filming the Groove Comp's, Jams, DVD
Premiers ect... AND making the events run smoothly. He has documented the local tri-state area BMX scene for
the last fifteen years or so and has become the local BMX historian, he's a grade A+ good dude in general, a close friend
and on the rare occasion, when he's not behind the lens, rips the living hell out of a 20" bicycle. If
I had a nickel for everytime I have heard someone ask him what kind of camera he uses I would be eating nickel pie right now.
Matt's a very busy guy so between currently filming for the new "WELCOME TO THE GROOVE LIFE"
DVD and working his 9-5 job (installing & selling Eco Friendly Solar powered housing items) we tracked him down to
find out what he uses to make the BMX video magic happen. Here's the Matt Hovermale Camera and Bike Check...
