Blender 2011...
Don't forget the Blender event in Berkeley Springs tommorrow. (see flyer)
It's a Jam and fundraiser for the Berkeley Springs Skatepark, which is damn good cause to go ride for the day. They have a
killer Mini Ramp already to go and there will be some kickers and boxs to play around on. The Groove will be hosting a Best

Dorkin' in York...
The Groove van is pointed North this Saturday and is making the annual pilgrimage
to the Flatland Mecca of York, PA. for the York Flatland Jam. (Evan will be running the show at the shop all weekend) Speaking
of Flatland, I think it's a common thought that flatland in our area is dead or at least very underground. This thinking
is very wrong and Flat is alive and well in the Quad-State area. There are Friday Flat Sesh's every Friday Night at 9pm
and the Groove is fully stocked with Flatland parts including all Odyssey Flatware parts, Tree Balsa & Big Balsa Pegs, S&M
Flat Redneck Stems and Intrikat Bars, Left Tech 77 and Monolevers, Snafu Mobeus & Gyro's, Nankai Freecoasters, KGB forks
& Chainwheels and the list goes on. It seems modern street riding is increasingly borrowing inspiration from Flatland
and the myth that you need a Flat specific bike to do tricks has been shattered by Mr. Mathias Dandois. Anythings possible
and it's damn handy to be able to amuse yourself on your bike with just flat ground and not relying on an epic street
spot or a skatepark.

day calender or the hot-as -balls weather?? You can tell because Groove Merchants is now open FULL TIME (six days
a week) from NOW until LABOR DAY!!! The NEW SUMMER HOURS are Monday 5-9pm, Tuesday Noon-5pm, Weds. CLOSED, Thurs Noon-5pm,
Friday Noon-9pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday Noon-4pm.
NEW GROOVE TEE's are in stock, featuring the beloved and
ever popular OG Gun Logo. We have four colors to choose from and sizes from small to XL. We did random graphic placement so
